I wonder if any of your intended marketing campaign impact mite get lost in their interpretation of what you want. What I mean is: These guys know nothing about your target market. How reliable would they be to convey YOUR intended message on a website that THEY construct? If you think they will be good then it definitely does save time and operational costs BUT you will be suprised how easy it is to create a website/internet based promotions. I think if you source a local University or Institution, some graduates or near graduates will be well capable of doing it at a fraction of the cost, time and effort.
