Can anyone recommend a good lead generation company?

I am looking for a lead generation company that is capable of providing a high quality, professional service for a management consulting / accounting firm. I am not interested in call centres staffed by people with one or two years’ experience - this is the ‘blue chip’ end of the market that we are talking about here.
Ideally I need a company that is well versed in the professional services market and / or has knowledge of BPO.
Market scope would essentially be US and Europe.
Suggestions, anyone?

Seems quite a big ask for one company. Maybe some market analysts have recommended reports/companies, or a large company that has partners in such locations. It companies and like tend to use such practitioners & likes of gartner, giga, idc, holway etc could be worth looking at.
