Site building programs can let you add a lot of stuff like lists, graphics, java & flash content, style sheets, color schemes etc. But the main thing in the kind of site you want to build is the break down of categories. Now that would need a really complex algorithm if you would like to do it automatically. Besides for the businesses to register & the users to register, you ll have to learn Database connectivity & other stuff. So you can either get some one or a team to design a site for you or learn the stuff and do it for yourself. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS So learn for yourself would be my recommendation.
